Decision to be made in Jan, likely outcome is to let some employees continue in 22 from HON non hub locations. Work from home to be approved on exception basis only and commuter option also being looked at.

Yeah, this all started a few years ago when Dave Cote visited an office in a Florida site, and nobody was hardly there. Maybe COVID has course corrected this.
@1jwn, you got it completely backwards - Aero US has made it clear they WANT you to leave. But if you stick around, don’t expect any $ until you’re as cheap as India/Mex/PR/CZ/Chiner/VN/etc.
When you work from the office, you spend one to two hours every day in your car. That means you have little time to plan your weekend, vacation, etc. Of course, you have no time to search for another job, unless you are very highly motivated to leave. Honeywell would like to keep it that way. It's as simple as that.

Lets start lobbying our G20 overlords to tax companies based on their carbon footprint to include the daily commute of the global workforce.
Companies that encourage unnecessary commuting are eco criminals.
It applies to some connected enterprise folks, not all.

They are pushing hard to get people back in the office in Atlanta, the question is why? Ridiculous, most people would rather bail out.

I intend to work from home regardless though unless I have something to do in the office. I am pretty close to being financially independent. We have so much work booked for 2022, 23 and no resources to do it. I am working hard. The Mexico and India resources are useless. What are they going to do? Fire me? LOL
Any idea what the two SBG’s are?
