Just announced yesterday. New chief marketing officer, Iris Meijer. Comes from Vodafone in the UK. Looks like she climbed the corporate ladder quickly in just a few short years.
Was there no one internal qualified that we could promote from within. Keep hiring from the outside.

Hey, at verizon, promotion is not based on your ability, they are all connection. if you get a good "Mentor" you are good to go.... after almost 20 years here, I see people moving up so fast... because they have good "Mentor"... so dont question for qualification in Verizon when you see people got elected... they scratch each other backs for their good...
It's all about the Euro Trash. And they will take a dive at the first oppty for exit $$$ just like a Euro soccer player!
ICEBERG DEAD AHEAD!! Abandon ship.
Looks like Iris Meijer will be Tami's replacement come June when Tami retires.
She the CMO of Business at an SVP level. She isn't the CMO for Verizon. Diego is still the EVP.
If replacing the two heads of state (Ronan and Tami) doesn't right the ship, Hans will be next in 2023.

Too bad. I was hoping they could blackify another leadership position.
Who knows? The Underwear Man might be plying his Playskool art work projects somewhere else.
What happened to Diego Scotti EVP/CMO?

He also likes to lift things up and put them down. Must be a new strategy or marketing meme to be.
"Hans peeks dings Oppp, then poots dem dowen."
Peek Kompenzation Ouppp, and da stock prize dowen
Hmmm... Blonde and European.. one can only imagine how she got her Hans Job
Is Verizon’s problem that it is lacking marketing ? Everywhere I look I see tons of marketing people, sitting idle. Why is this new hire needed, yet needed to be hired from outside ? What a waste of money.
The Great Reset Continues
Clearly, they could not find one American to do this job.
So bring in another non-American will know ties to the country or customers.
Love that stock price. Clearly the street no longer views the company as a safe haven for capital.
