It was $50.71 when he started, went up ~$3 on the news that he was starting and tanked with the pandemic. net-net, it's a wash. If and when some of the consent orders are removed, it should head back up around $65.

Not at all - if he were to bail the stock would crash and all he-l would break loose. Not that you'd know it from reading this site but he's widely seen as doing a good job under difficult circumstances and you'd be hard pressed to find a replacement.
