Has anyone else with an approved ongoing work from home medical accommodation had an issue with the status not updating to their Workplace Location page? Mine was approved back in October but when I look on the site it still shows "No" in the HR Approved Accommodations section.
Just wondering if there is a back log or if somebody dropped the ball and I need to worry about whether or not it was completed correctly and/or I'll be expected in an office come next month.

Does anyone know how to direct message on this site? Someone was offering info on how to get the WFH accommodation passed with correct verbiage. I have a medical condition that would meet the needs but want to make sure I say it correctly.
They froze the system at the beginning of September and will unfreeze it early January when the new HR system is in place and RTO locations are finalized from what we heard. Nothing will change until then as far as approved accommodation changes.
Same. Mine was approved about 3 months ago. As of this week still shows "No" on My Workplace. I called HR a few weeks ago. They confirmed they saw my approved accommodation and that there was a backlog in the CPG system synching with the HR system. I was told as long as I kept a copy of the approved accommodation email I was fine. I printed it "just in case".
I asked the Accommodations Management Consultant who approved my request what the deal is back around the middle of November and they said there have been some delays in updating the workplace site but that it should be updated within the next month... we'll see I guess :)
Same here. Approved a few months back and nada on the HR side.
Pretty much the same as @yjv. My manager reached out to them about it and crickets.
I have an ongoing WFH exception that was approved in August, and I still don't see any updates in My Work Location. From what I understand, this is supposed to be resolved before the end of the year.
