Hey cellular fam!
I’m just trying to see if the grass is greener on the other side.
At verizon we use to make 100k a few years ago but good ole corporate felt they paid us too much so now we do this bull$hit called “team commission” where they pay all the hardworking reps and the lazy reps the same. Even if we hit or exceed our quota, Not only that, if we get a bad survey, they deduct our wages . I could sell 300 phones but if I get a bad score, BAM, 1/3 of my money GONE. It’s pretty much robbery.
I’m just trying to get some insight as to how you guys get paid, because I’m trying to jump ship soon. It sucks at verizon.
