Santa will bring down the RTO cancellation down the chimney and stuff it in your stocking hanging by the Christmas tree only if you've been a good boy or girl.

I’m starting to think RTO might be delayed. Their pilot programs in sites are not going well at all and have asked many associate to no longer go into the office and WFH again

I sure hope its not canceled. Big tech freaked early last week when Powell was reelected and rates started going up again. They need rates near zero to survive till their masters can sell out, look at Musk and the CEO of Microsoft recently. It a tech bubble right up there with 2000.. These tech clowns went into hyper drive to find 1 of 50 variants and pump up as much unwarranted fear as possible about it. Strange how the first case of OMICON shows up in SF as well. Now Google is saying no back to work Jan 10th, like they're the leader of all, anything to keep the tech bubble going. Lock people up at home dependent on more computer equipment and screen time to generate more revenue and cont. to live off near zero % borrowing rates.
Time we go back in the office, crank rates up, and take control back.

As much as I wish, and as much as I think delaying RTO is the responsible thing to do, I highly doubt it’ll happen. The only way I see it happening is if the government passes some restriction OR if the Omicron variant is so bad that the workers themselves decide not to go in. There’s power in numbers and collective thinking, but it seems most have accepted the fact that they might catch Covid at work and have made peace with it.

Received a communication today stating that the CFO Group will proceed with Dec 15th RTO and instead of delaying RTO they are just recommending booster shots.

Imo The bank may see this as an oppurtunity to get more people to quit from fear of coming back. Imo The bank is going to do whats best to the bottom line

Yes, omicron is spreading (fear) fast.

Google just canceled January 10 RTO.

I’ve heard from two separate band 3s in GTO that RTO is getting slow walked.
