It’s hard to care about the XOM organization with the current environment.
It’d be nice to hear them say “Now over to theLayoff.com for a few anonymous, and real, questions.”
What do those acronyms mean please?
At the moment, all I care about is the Ranking system. It affects pay and promotions. It’s S-H_I.T and decided by a few whom are not usually involved at the detail level they need to be for making decisions.
I could not care less about the questions people are asking.
also, I think the fact that there were no slido questions until after the meeting started, makes me believe more people are indifferent to this org now. apathy, indifference, bad sign
I’d like them to talk about the broken ranking system. Instead we get to talk about running a zoo. Management is totally lost.
Fix the broken ranking system. Answer why we continue to beat down employee morale and reward social butterflies. Forget the question about wearing masks.
