An email is sent to the employee and their manager if an employee confirms as vaccinated. Doesn't send if the employee reports as not vaccinated.
Why would this be set up in a way that confirms who and who isn't vaccinated? Hmm.

No, this Wells. People can’t read.
manager here. the notification is that the employee completed their form. it doesn't indicate what was answered and/or uploaded. You get the notification once the employee completes and submits, it's independent of what is reported by the individual.

Your rights aren't being abused. And you're damn right it will be a hostile workplace towards the unvaxed. It should be. Unless you're physically unable to take it for valid medical reasons, it is going to be a rough time across many workplaces. Get ready for it.
Disclosure to the line managers, which there faq clearly states is at minimum a possibility, is the deal breaker for me.
If HR would commit to privacy like everything else medical such as ADA status, it'd be different
If they continued with a third "prefer not to disclose" like they do with se-ual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability status, etc. It would be different.
As long as they guarantee they will violate my privacy and potentially subject me to harassment as defined under Title 7 of the Civil Rights Act, I will not disclose.
And based on the way the vaxed treat the unvaxed on this site, you can bet there will be a hostile workplace for the unvaxed.
Yes, this is a hill to die on.
Managers just get confirmation that the employee filled out the form. They aren’t told (as of now) what they put on it, or whether they uploaded documentation, or what that documentation looks like. It’s just proof of compliance people, sit down and relax.
I am still in awe at the person who said they uploaded the front of their picture twice. LOL.... when the directions said to upload the front and back. Ladies and gentlemen, I truly hope this response demonstrates the type of people on this site and working within wells fargo. By default, unable to logically reason = low IQ.
Disclosure to managers is going to be a legal issue. https://www.thelayoff.com/t/1e69MyOM
I have received confirmations that they’ve completed entering their status for all of my employees, not all of whom are vaccinated.
@jrg+1e6KI6ql front and back of the one card. The jpegs had no bearing on choosing the dates.
I followed the link, uploaded two pictures. Upon submission the page thanked me, and said my submission would be reviewed by some humans for accuracy. I never received a follow-up email. What was the sender address for yours?
@tpj+1e6KI6ql
You did not read. Did you follow the link on teamworks and report vaccination status? Once you do it successfully, you get an email and your mgr or CC’d on it.
I got no such email nor did my manager.
@xxa+1e6KI6ql I submitted my card pics and got a confirmation email they were accepted with my manager copied. Either your team has not done it or reported themselves as unvaccinated.
Untrue, as a manager. I’m not getting any of the confirmations other than the ones my team forwards to me.
Normal Wells Fargo - SNAFU.
@ooq+1e6KI6ql
If the employee reports they are not vaccinated, manager receives no email...reportedly.
The email just states that they received your response and your manager is copied on the email. Your manager doesn't know how you responded.
This is Wells, people don’t read
It asks for a picture of the front and back of your card...
I laughed when it wouldn't take my submission of two vaccine dates because I only had one picture (duh, both dates are on one card). So, uploaded the same picture twice to get around it. I honestly don't care if they know I'm vaxed or not. Just laughed that it required two pics when almost everyone I know only has 1 card.
@luv No, managers get what you volunteer. Stop being dense.
Wow managers get sensitive medical information about you. This doesn't sound legal at all, HR is going to get sued big time. You get laid off it could be because your manager doesn't like your not vaccinated.
Don't even care who knows I'm not. Over it!
I marked Yes and uploaded a pic of my armpit
@axr, hope you are on the layoff list. My gosh.
Doh!
When an email account is closed within the company, further messaging is no sent.
What the front door is a PEG file?
as a vaccinated manager I have not seen any such info on my staff, but end of day managers will be responsible for enforcing any testing measures for the unvaccinated and sending you home on unpaid pto if need be
@axr+1e6KI6ql
What is hard about it? It works the same as any other place/site you’d use to upload a picture. If it takes more than 5 minutes you’ve spent too much time on it.
Spent over an hr trying to upload a PEG file. Still not done. Waste of time!! And self service question and answer site not very helpful. Too much data to wade through!
