First off let me start by saying you have grown adults complaining about favoritism, favorites, people doing what they want and they can't do it.
I will be the first one to condone what people call ratting or telling so in other words I don't agree with it.
But at the same time those people that are complaining about those group of people that get to hang with the managers have favorites do what they want. I guarantee you that group of people that's complaining that they can't do. Are the same group of people that have a pallet out on the floor standing around talking amongst each other talking about management behind their back talking about associates. And if you watch those group of people they do this for hours at a time if you watch them closely they're making fun of people what they wear and the list goes on. They're the same group of people that go back and forth from the break room all day long. But wait they're not being productive. They're also stealing time by standing around talking about other people. They're also taking multiple breaks all day back and forth to the break room so they're no better than the ones they call favorites or favoritism they are as just as guilty as charge. I'm also seen this happen countless times say one of the ones they called a tattletale or favorite walk past them they act like they like them and that's their best friend ask him how they doing how's their family. Knowing as soon as that person walks away they're going to talk about that person I can't stand them they a snitch. And this other so-called group of people that don't do nothing wrong. As soon as they see a manager they be acting like this their best friend and they be the same one to tell the manager watch that associate don't trust them when they shouldn't be trusting you because you also as guilty as charge. Another fun fact this other group of people that claim they do nothing wrong will never be about that life to tell the other association that they are a snitch facts 💯 I told other associates at work plenty of times go tell that person what you saying about them don't tell me.
Now address these snitches
Short sweet and simple. snitching will only get you but so far so you're just one more step closer to the door or being fired.
People complaining about managers
First of all managers are not babysitters they don't have time to babysit other adults.
Yes of course managers are not always professional.
Yes of course all managers have favorites regardless of what you say get used to it.
Yes of course managers stay up in the office all day until company comes.
I also see managers team leads and Cos hanging out all day not doing anything complain about associates not doing anything lol it's kind of funny how that works isn't it.
And one final last thing to remember to all associates regardless of what people tell you on that job or how they claim they so real everyone is a backstabber and fake 💯💯 trust no one.
