when signing into walmartone Is anyone else getting errors when trying to access PTO portal and paystub and report an abcense info. I can only access my LOA and my schedule

Yeah, they said they were having problems with the website. Sam's Club, it's Walmart after all, the website messes up all the time and they take forever to fix it. Just like the broken stuff in the store.
If you are on a company computer and on the clock then you can type GTA Portal into the search bar and it will come up. Worked for me yesterday. And yes there is a number you can call to call out. It’s 1-800-775-5944. You will need to enter your WIN and birthdate to verify it’s you. And you can put in time off requests off the clock on the me@samsclub app
Typing gta into search from home does not work. You get a server error. Gta portal does not function any longer from associates personal devices . Must be on the clock, or have company issued device

They changed their website Nov 30th. Can't see accrued pto. Protected, occurrences, nothing. Its useless now. If you are sick, no way to put in for pto
Those chat bots are also exceptionally annoying. I guess if you are sick. U have to go into club clock in, use your pto. Then clock out and go home. What a joke
yea, i been trying to access those for days. only way to get that info as of now is at the work computer. walmartone does this every now and then they re shuffle the pages and information around that way you cant find the information you need. You ever watch that movie The Cube. once you think you found a way the whole thing up and shuffles.
