Took <30 sec to make all the -12’s into -11. No bot needed. (Pushed the -29 to -30 for the lulz)
Agree with the recent comments. My observation is that recent posts are downvoted by 13 (unless it’s favorable for HON/ or against this group). Also it seems that it’s a BOT that’s downvoting as the downvotes are very consistent in numbers. The question is who has triggered this BOT to downvote?
My test posts are telling me the downvote clown is a MAGA-type. Those posts are the local downvote minima. The behavior matched the mental capacity of an aggressive MAGA head - the test confirmed it…
From what I'm seeing....
If the post is negative in nature, look at the number of negative reactions to each post, then subtract about 15. That should give you the true negative figure.
If the post is positive in nature, then disregard it all together. I was written by a bot.

I guess this means that posters on this site have gotten on DA's nerves and he's directed his HR trolls to use any and all means possible to downvote everything. Wow, that's adult behavior - not. Wait until the quarter when numbers really suck, and watch how "leader$h!t" reacts. Anyone still at this $h!thole of a company should strongly consider bailing.

Exactly, he either has some automated way to do it which is not hard. Or he's doing it manually, in which case he's got way too much time on his hands lol
@vgb is correct and I've seen it happen where one person adds multiple votes within minutes on something that supports their agenda or is against it. It's easy to do with a browser/VPN combo that doesn't leave tracking cookies.
Its a single person who is massively downvoting everything. Its not hard to tell who he is, whenever he posts everything he doesn't like is massively downvoted. All his posts are whine AF. Pretty sad really.
Keep up the pressure. They don't like it when people figure out that they have been underpaid and overworked for so long.

It only costs $5 to get 1000 friends and like votes on Facebook (I've done it for a local justice of the peace election). So I'm sure that is whats happening here.
It costs a lot more to get uniquely positive writeups which is why you don't see any.

What a joke ...I just now posted and already have 8 downvotes! I guarantee this hasn't been posted long enough for 8 people to have seen it.
You see @ zrf+1e7RNgn- you just mentioned an observation on my post and someone disliked your comment right away. This is what I was talking about.
I observed that 80 people checked my message and I got the first dislike after 50 visits and the second one after 80 visits. These trolls are in 1:50 ratio.
Yep, as soon as I upvoted there was an immediate downvote added. Pathetic to have nothing better to do than troll people who are sharing their reality.
I did notice that the other day. 3 negative votes within 30 minutes on 3 inoccuous comments.
This is our site/forum, we will not let you control it HON trolls!
It seems that the managers, who unfortunately, have not work are being told to dislike messages on this forum. At least they are being useful to HON.
Sorry folks for any inconvenience with my message but I was trying to validate my point. I attracted the first troll through my message. They are in 1:50 ratio. Still we could overwhelm them if we like positive messages!
