Bob Smith has been CEO of Blue Origin since 2017. He is a Jack Welsh disciple and a former Honeywell executive that is spreading his personal brand on toxic culture at Blue Origin. It's only taken four years for Smith to lose the confidence of his executive staff and employees. Like the current mass exodus at Honeywell, Blue Origin is losing their top talent as well. It's no surprise.

Yea, see the link. I've watched SpaceX become the dominant launch company in the world. As an engineer I've been completely amazed by watching SpaceX landing two reusable booster rockets simultaneously and then later sending them back up again.
Personally wouldn't call Bob a JW disciple or crony like Dave C. Not that I disagree that Bob could sour some.
