6 went in our team so far, all of them talking up high salary increase and bonuses. All legit and some with names that were really surprising. Everyone from Alphabet to Zylophone is paying top dollar to take Dell reps and staff.

A fair few going away parties next week. Worst thing about these is all the ex Dell people who turn up asking for a job back.

Another great quarter folks......

Yeah I hear only good things from Dell recently. Apparently they are doing very very well and expanding. I hear they want to hire 30 thousand more in sales and eng because they could not keep up with pace at which the sales are increasing. The number of millionaires among the salesmen is increasing in an incredible pace. Yesterday another of my colleagues in my team became a millionaire and he joined DELL just few years ago.. What a quarter folks, what a quarter! C'mon down and join DELL!

@2hjt+1e7wBq66 you are a child

In our team of 14 highly skilled degree carrying leaders we have lost 5 in a month. One today said "I made a choice for my family to bring in a higher salary and better future".

Keep your head in the sand and pretend it's not happening as long as you want. Im sure the view from your office is great.

I am one of the great resignations. I went to a cutting edge company that pays well and treats its people, well, like humans. When you are at Dell, it is impossible to understand how bad it is until you get out. And even then, it takes time to believe that not all companies are run like abusive relationships by people with cluster B personality disorders. It Dell was put on a therapist’s couch, the diagnosis would probably be NPD co-morbid with APD. If you are a mentally healthy person walking in, you will at least be dinged up when you leave. If you have problems, those issues will get worse. But, get therapy, figure it out and get the he-l out. You’ll be better for it.

Dell’s days are numbered.

I resigned and scored a promotion and a 30% raise. I told several colleagues that I was leaving in 1x1s today and every single one of them was looking for other jobs externally.
Every team around me in marketing is bleeding their top talent right now and all major projects are basically crippled indefinitely.
You snooze, you lose, Dell! Feels amazing to be gone.

That's is what I've been telling people here with the doom and gloom predictions.

Dell cannot afford to lose people at this point.

It is now the great employee grab.

The money being offered out there is ridiculous, we have had 60% of our team resign in a month and being offered unheard of salaries and bonuses for walking in in the door.
