I heard that an employee has already gotten the omicron variant. Didn't take long. The company will communicate vaccination status like it is the most important metric, but not communicate omicron and other Covid case numbers and certainly not tell us of any employees that have died from Covid.
There have been deaths in our company and other banks: WF, Bank of India, JPM.

If you think this is overblown, then go into the office and "collaborate". I value my health above all else. The bank only operates under risk management when it comes to losing money. Even a small chance I might get sick is a significant risk to ME.
