December 2nd marked the day that 30% of the Quality department at UnitedHealth Care was laid off. They received "hush" money not to post, BUT I didn't sign it, nor will I! It's time the company got sued for the many discriminations inflicted on the employees! This company is NOT LGBTQ or Military friendly! Culture is toxic! You can NOT climb any corporate ladder here and they do NOT pay for any training.

Which quality team? Are you referring to QUEST? if so, that team has been on the hit list for years.
I declined a recent offer after learning from many that this company is not military friendly. The day is not even given off to staff to honor those active duty members on Veterans Day. That is pretty disgusting. I guess they don’t care many of us hold ceremonies or participate in supportive events that day.

Sounds like 'Quality' is not a priority at UnitedHealth.
I'm sure the customers would like to know that.
