No private party, privately held business or corporation can require you to get vaccinated.
No private party, privately held business or corporation can be forced to keep unvaccinated employees.
It’s all about freedom, and we all have the right to pursue our freedom, even as none of us have the right to impinge on the other party’s freedoms.
