US bank return to office plan run by id--ts

https://www.startribune.com/january-reawakenings-for-downtowns-dashed-as-companies-postpone-return-to-office-dates/600131076/

US bank still refusing to allow people to work from home while omicron is spreading wildly …why add on additional stress to your employees including many who have elderly parents when people have been able to work remotely without issue for almost 2 years?

I think many people were sticking with US bank despite the low industry pay because US bank allowed some flexibility compared to other banks but when literally almost every other bank and financial institution is allowing wfh, US bank is still sticking to their id--tic plan because they can’t admit they were wrong

And they have provided zero follow ups….I literally have nothing to tell my team who are very concerned and unhappy with return to office because US bank ‘leadership’ has no clue

Agreed and now they have announced that everyone is to return on 2/21. When an employee commented on the intranet that this is not 30 days notice and the 21st is a holiday of course HR gave the reasoning that 30 day notice was given with the 1/10 return date. Hmmmm how does that work?? I am sure that there will be another wave of employees leaving.

How do you think us retail employees feel? We have never worked from home and we also have elderly family members! So sick of all the complaining that you WFH people are shouting about with zero sympathy for the employees that have been keeping the doors open! Everyone has the option to find another job if you aren't satisfied with the company and shame on you for complaining about the health of your family and your fear when we never had a choice to begin with!!

US Bank strives for unhappy employees. Miserable employees are productive employees, according to the useless management class.
