Workday “Job Family” Access

Here’s how to find it. There are no pay scales at this point but you will be able to find your role and the ones above/below, the job desc., etc.

  • Go to workday (where your old time tracker link was in favs)
  • Select View All Apps
  • Select Talent and Performance
  • Select FIND JOB PROFILE under Career and Jobs
  • Use search bar like you did in job families.

You should have it from here.

Love,

Someone in Legal

Is the 10% & 90% ability going to be added at a later date? Ie after comp period ends?

I thought we were at least supposed to be able to see our pay ranges for our own position. Where is that on workday??? It is disgusting that we have to go to layoff site to get assistance on maneuvering our own company website.

just to add, as per the hr documentation the ability to use unaccrued pto is at the discretion of the LOB not that I have ever heard a group not allowing for it but I guess if they wanted to, say at the branch or customer service level, they could. there is also verbiage indicating that sick time must be accrued in order to use it assuming you are in a state or locality that requires a separate line item for sick time like California

it even says in the absence tool as well as the document on the HR site that you can select the last day of the year to view your total accrual. you can still take all your PTO before it is accrued, just like before, and if you leave having not accrued enough you will have to pay it back. Go in and request a a week off for a future date, it will work just fine.

“Did you guys notice the PTO ? It looks I am not getting all PTOs from Jan 1st anymore? It says acquired to date ?!”

You need to read the details! They were extremely clear that PTO will now show monthly/ytd accrual, not the entire bucket at the beginning of the year like before. It does not appear that timing and taking the PTO is affected in any way.

Our lovely HR Exec on the Townhall could not have been more vague about compensation. Forget the job family garbage. What she didn’t want to be clear on from what i heard was what was going to happen with TOG bonuses. Sounded like those were going away and with those P non descript levels could mean that they moved you into a market range that could put you at the top of the range which would limit your increase and what ever they want to call a one time bonus now. The only thing i am sure of is the executives will make a lot more money as a result of this change. Also i hope the HR Exec gets her braces off :o)

@qzd+
I've seen dozen of cases of that. They give technical job titles to people who do project management. I've seen cases where individuals have "AI" something or another in their job titles and you look at the educational history and it's in liberal arts, no statistics, no programming background. That's part of the reason this place is failing, inflated job titles for people's pets and wasting investors money on hiring turds for roles they can't do. Good people are worth their weight in gold, and you exactly what you pay for.

Just more of the same. We still have ppl with titles and no clue, like Eng. Mgrs. that have never touched tech in any way be it writing a requirement, writing a line of code, testing code, installing or supporting. Might be a problem... just saying.

Exactly! Thanks, HR! There’s a comp grade and ppl are speculating on what that is on another post. I was wondering what title I would have if I get promoted. Before I would be going from 4 to 5 (same title). Now, I would be something entirely different. If you see someone’s signature line and don't know what it means, the new job fam will help.

"There are no pay scales at this point"

Well, that's kind of what everyone wants to know.
