Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

I'm not Disgruntled.

I've been with Fiserv about 15 years and still happy working there every day. Fiserv has been very good to me. Not everyone is disgruntled as people say.
Sorry to hear all the vulgar and disrespectful comments on this site with their employer.
Like everyone else, I went on this site because of possible layoffs and get thoughts. Of course, I'm concerned but if Fiserv thinks I'm no longer needed then I will leave.
One door closes and another door opens. Things happen for a reason. If you are not happy at your job, you should leave and get another. I will be staying here till I get asked to leave or I retire. God bless

Why are you worried about getting let go if you are so happy and love Fiserv?? The answer is of course anyone can let go. You know that. Therefore are you truly happy with your job??

Fiserv just never seemed to value employees. There is such a concern around shareholder value, but no leadership to say that employees drive that value so therefore we need them to be happy and have psychological security. Maybe they should make people want to stay, love the company, and push for ways to enable meaningful work and then shareholders will be delivered value.

Frank is incompetent and abusive. He should be removed from office immediately and then a recovery plan should be executed to try to undo some of the damage he has caused.

Happy people don't attend dumpster fire parties.

If you’re so happy, why are you posting on a thread literally called “ Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs”. Good for you that you’re happy. But how awful for the few thousand who were laid off. Imagine how their lives were turned upside down after being loyal to a company. That’s the whole point of this site - to allow disgruntled people a platform to share their discourse on how their careers were negatively impacted by one man’s greed. Oh, and at KKRs direction.

The fact that people would visit this site as a happy employee tells me they were either coerced to do so.
Or are working in recruiting or upper management.
