I am becoming less and less convinced that it is possible for Fisserv to return on the right track. Eventually a miracle must happen to repair the damage done to this company by a series of bad moves and decisions. I would love it, but I don't believe any miracle will happen. Too bad, because this used to be quite a nice place to work.

No. Many.. too many have left. So many LinkedIn posts this week from employees leaving Fiserv at EOY. Find it interesting Mark Schulze Co-Founder Clover & VP Fiserv has left after 11 years. While his remarks are gracious as you expect sure there is more to the story. The ship is sinking period.
It's a sell off, combine what's left into sellable divisions and keep the divisions that they had success with with FD. They know payments, not even pretending about core banking any longer. Sad...
We stopped caring when first data took over.
Resiliency is one of the things that make humans great, and companies are run by humans, so by nature they should be as well. That said, I was pursuing through LinkedIn this morning and I saw two former colleagues have left, presumably because of relocation push. Losing years of talent will have an impact on the work teams and clients. It creates a cycle of losing more talent and clients. It is going to be a tough few years and being customer facing, I do not think the increased stress level is worth it. So, when people see all of these comments about not respecting Fiserv leadership, this is one of the reasons why.
it is beyond repair....
Unfortunately, Frank and Guy have caused damage beyond repair with their broken and outdated First Data policies. The only thing left to do is get some popcorn, kick back and watch it all go up in flames.
The more important question to ask is:
Who TF cares?
I think he’s dismantling the company to make it attractive for a buyer. He doesn’t promote anything but Clover. When’s the last time you saw anything about banking? All his PR and airtime is merchant, merchant, merchant. Fiserv will soon be a name on an arena only at this rate.
