Any communicatiom on RSU 2021? By CL and need to be in outstanding PA?

Wait a minute, are you saying 14k 7 years from now isn't keeping you from leaving this wonderful company?
Got an email within the last couple days. Just over 200 shares.
Guess it's better than a kick in the ba--s but not likely to be a factor in staying or leaving.
This is another ExxonMobil delusion; they cannot honestly think 300-400 RSU which vest over 7 years are actually a golden handcuff or make people think about leaving. 300 RSU at current stock price is less than $20K and then you get taxed a load of the top of that so it’s $10K vesting over 7 years….. mmm
If last year was the first time I received RSU, am I guaranteed to receive again this year though my assessment category dropped slightly?
Yes, if you are getting RSUs they are communicated mid December. Usually 1 over 1 or above.. the communicator must be an exec.
Typically, need to be O or OD for 26 and 27.. for 28 excellent and above.
The email to accept RSUs comes early Jan
If you have to ask, you can’t afford it. RSUs are very low until CL 30 so you’re not missing much
You need to be outstanding category to receive RSU… also believe it applies to CL26 and above
I got a verbal communication mid December. My manager said that I'd get a formal communication early to mid January.
Level 27 here. Outstanding with distinction.
Never got any email about rsu...
I don't get out of bed for 300 shares. Do they believe that is an incentive to work harder or a hurdle to leaving?
RSU. communicated early Dec: CL 28, outstanding, 300 rsu.
If you haven’t received communication about this yet then you likely didn’t receive any. But give it until after second week in Jan before you lose all hope. Do a quick search on this site and you can find rsu paid out by level. Nothing changed this year.
