People usually post their LI updates on their last day or when they start their new gig. It probably does make sense that the wave won’t start until people use their 3 PH and then resign on Thursday or Friday.

The resignation rate at our site has slowed down. Not sure exactly why. Has the job market cooled down a little? We were losing more than one a month, and now it is zero. Salary adjustment was not great rather! Any idea why?

Our refinery is losing about 1 engineer per month. I think we will see a wave of resignations in Q1

Watch for early personal holiday usage. That’s the tip-off.
