Yeah, Workday isn't exactly all that great. It seems, well, bloated. Even searching teamworks for people is just too "cutesie" I don't need everybody's pictures or animation.
FYI - time tracker is no more. All your PTO etc is in workday.
Thanks "current skills guy". After very careful consideration I've come to the conclusion that your 'new system', sucks.
Every single implementation is a downgrade.
given they know how many employees there are you would think the could design a system that can handle at least that many concurrent hits.
