why are they keeping them on the payroll for 6 months while regular folks are lucky to get 60 day WARN? This is so wasteful. It's not like she's going to be doing much during this time. SHe must have been stripped of decision making capability already. Hope her exit is less bizzare than Mike's. He seemed to have lost it in the end.

She was an embarrassment especially at those rehearsed town halls with Tim Sloane.

@wag+1eD6sxJ, Mandy’s the Chief Risk Officer and reports directly to the CEO. Pretty basic knowledge like knowing who your senators and congressperson are. That is, if you work here.

When you as many leaders as this place does it’s pretty simple to not know them all, especially if you aren’t reporting up that chain.
She did a good job.

Looks like Charlie got burned. This is what happens when you hire based on race and se-ual preference, instead of hiring the best and brightest. Wait till his other D&I hires start failing him.
Been here since 2018 and retired? Ha more like permitted to resign. The cap is still here so she didn't so her job.

Who are all the top leaders that have left recently? A few in tech but only one would make me raise suspicion. One was canned for doing something wrong. One left for a much better position.

To the person who said “risk is mess”. It is the people working in risk who don’t give a damn about fixing thing and rather using the old dated system process and thoughts on doing the thing.
We don’t hire smart we just look at shiny resume and assume person is smart.
No fresh ideas will lead to a mess in any place or company.

New CRO will be announced soon and will be from JPMC.
Personal thought: this is all starting to look like scary as top leaders are leaving which suggest more problems or tussle within the higher ups.
Aside from restructuring the risk teams to a similar model there was years before, did Mandy really accomplish anything or improve risk management at WF?
