That’s how they keep people here with low pay, terrible raises/bonuses, and toxic culture. They know they can treat people like cr-p and most will still be too scared to leave

Understandable. I know of several people that would leave without notice if they got a job elsewhere.
Working in such a negative and toxic environment impacts your health. Did you ever meet anyone that left the bank and had regrets? No. Everyone that leaves talks about happiness, being respected, more pay, better work/life balance.
Yep I agree, it's a terrible place to be. That's why I left in 2021. At some point for everyone the person to blame is in the mirror though. It's a good time in this economy to move away from terrible employers like Cecere's USB. Do it, leave and you won't regret it.
