They better not take away my volunteer hours I get to do during work hours.
Unisys already does a lot of service on there products Dell never had Customer Service organization before buying EMC very possible they would want spin it off.
Think it would be difficult to send
EMC service to a third party, many products that are very technical and take years to learn support with any competence. Unless Dell doesn’t care if the Customer install base wants service that can help them support,install,upgrade etc.
Farm out whats left of EMC Customer Service to third party provide. Ppl In CS division fleeing like flies now.
They will find some other division(s) to sell off to try and payoff the incredible debt load this do nothing company has accumulated
