Backpay for daily health screening wait.

I wonder how many minutes everyone is losing per day before being able to clock in on the screening device. With block schedule, there is always a line of people coming in at the same time. Start keeping track of your wait because technically you’re working off the clock by waiting daily for a required part of work.

Ummm I think we should get paid mileage, driving to and from work AND be paid form the time I leave my moms basement after playing video games all night long and to the time I go back home.

Why don't you clock in first, then do your health screen. Thats how I do it.

Do a time adjustment did it every time a manager was late letting us in on the morning shift. Maybe they need to get more devices.

You are exactly correct. If you're hourly, you should be receiving pay from the minute you're required to be on the job until the minute they let you go for the day, except for your meal break. (Assuming that time is truly yours, and you aren't required to perform any part of your duty during that time.)
