I voluntarily left WF in early December. No exit interview, no info on returning equipment, no info from HR on benefit transitions, and no word on my final paycheck. Is this normal?

- there's no such thing at WF as an exit interview - HR is way too understaffed
- there is no such thing as "transition" of benefits if you quit. you forfeit your benefits.
- the equipment and your final paycheck are your manager's responsibility. if they didn't process your resignation, then maybe you still are getting paid? at any rate, there is a checklist for every manager and it sounds like your mgr didn't follow it. call HR. but you'll have to wait a while to get thru because of the Workday fiasco.
Send them a bill for the storage of their equipment they haven't made arrangements to get from you. I suggest $500@ day.
It happened to me also, day before my last date I did contact HR about my last day.
Needless to say they were surprised because they didn’t hear anything from my manager, who was clueless haha
I did arrange to drop off my equipment and that was it
Seems a bit weird.
