Approved and Denied Exemptions

There are both approved and denied exemptions. Any insight to how the review team makes the distinction between who is approved and who isn't?

Sanity? Vastly under reported VAERS jab de@th rate just crossed 20,000, and serious adverse events over 1 MILLION. CDC now admits that 80% of omicron cases are among the double and triple jabbed.

If you get the vaccine like every sane person has, then you don't need to worry about this.

@bsg Correct. If they deem that you would be a regrettable departure, you'll be approved. They will throw in some other approvals to avoid any appearance of bias.

It’s simple. If you are easily replaced… then exemption is denied.

If they have no one else that can perform your function/role and they deem your function “critical” then Voilà… exemption approved!

(If you don’t think this actually happens, you are living in a dream world.)

Good news is that the federal mandates are failing in court. Here's the latest update.

"A federal judge granted a temporary injunction Monday against a federal vaccine mandate for Navy SEALs, who sued Biden because they were seeking a religious exemption."

"Judge Reed O’Connor, the U.S. District Court Judge for the Northern District of Texas, issued the stay in response to a lawsuit filed by First Liberty Institute on behalf of 35 active-duty SEALs and three reservists seeking a religious exemption, as first reported by Fox News Digital."

“The Navy service members in this case seek to vindicate the very freedoms they have sacrificed so much to protect. The COVID-19 pandemic provides the government no license to abrogate those freedoms. There is no COVID-19 exception to the First Amendment,” O’Connor wrote in his ruling. “There is no military exclusion from our Constitution.”

If you’re outspoken, you see the light. Because your heads not up someone bu-t. Then they might just keep you.

Also do anything to tell you even if it’s an ethical or you could endanger somebody else. If it interest you don’t complain, and you’ll get promoted. This is the company motto. Remember it and you’ll go far.
