It's time. Long overdue.

Have several friends working in tech roles under GT&O, and no "pilot program" they know of. Besides, lol what the he-- is there to pilot? It's a simple concept. You're right though people are looking for jobs outside the company and some have already left.
I have posted here before -- if any of you saw the post where I mentioned they would pull a notify a bunch of people on that Friday -- they ended up delaying until the following Monday, so I know what I'm talking about, I have not heard of any pilot programs. I have heard we are officially RTO. I am sorry, just telling the truth.
In fact I've actually heard just today of a reorg in my (large) group with potential layoffs (I was genuinely surprised, we are short on people and they want to squeeze further).
We'll know by the time bonus checks come out I would think.
I’m in tech, not hearing any news about this pilot program. Doubt it exists. They want *ss in seats and to drive the wage slaves.
In tech because workers are leaving? Sounds like a big lie. It's just to keep some more bodies from leaving too soon as they ramp up more hiring in India. Remember we are becoming the Bank of Mumbai.
@hoh+1eE0Ua6G Where did you hear about the pilot program in tech? Was it location specific?
They love talking about pilot programs, failing to see that we’ve been in a pilot program for two years and the results are in!
It works!
Good! I hope that continues in other LOBs because people are and will be leaving in droves, especially after bonuses. BOA is one of the only companies not offering it.
I’ve heard about a pilot program in tech. They’re doing it because people are leaving in droves
