Very disappointing to see so much negativity about such a great company being led by a visionary like Frank. Perhaps many of you haven’t heard of Carat, but it will catapult Fiserv to the next level.

I have been in the work force 30+ years and worked for MANY companies. I have NEVER EVER seen moral so low. No matter what happens to this company, I am sure Frank and crew have their golden parachutes ready and they will be just fine.
There is a special place in he-l for such gluttony at the expense of people who live day to day.

There is more to Fiserv than Clover. Frank is destroying other lines of business. So, it will take a miracle if Carat is the savior.
Frank has vision, true - for those small pieces of paper with numbers on them, printed by the Fed Reserve. He is out for himself ONLY and will leave when his pocket is full. Remember he is from KKR which is a company ki---r for profit.
Carat will destroy the Clover brand.
Nandan is a good dude...but I think he's wrong here. Too many bad things happening at the top these days, and Fiserv is a dying dinosaur 🦕

Being a great leader involves getting people inspired and to have the desire to follow him. People also want to trust their leader. It is obvious Frank does not trust those of us in the trenches and as a result, we do not trust him.
