They need employees to do the work and they're making sure not one of us wants to stay. They work us to the bones but they don't compensate us properly for what we do. They refuse to hire enough people to do the work properly but are all over us when things are not done in time. More and more people are leaving and those who are joining don't know what they're doing. Fiserv's days are numbered.

What does that even mean? Frank will be just fine no matter what happens to you, to me, or to Fiserv.

You forgot inefficient daily use infrastructure that triples the amount of time to do our jobs.
