If you had a friend or a partner that treated you the way you're treated by Cisco, would you stay in the relationship? Stop allowing yourself to be used and abused. There are so many opportunities out there. You can do it. What a world of difference leaving will make in your life. Please just make a plan and execute.

I got 11/15, and that's because I'm not sure if "there are substantially better opportunities available at another organization" in my area. I this was "yes", then it would be 12/15.

I know, I know, I need to change the job, before job decides to change me.
