Why do some people already have a future date for the end of the month posted in there suggesting they will be getting a pay change, but some people don't have anything showing for 2022?

Mine are blank but for current salary plan. Merit and bonus are blank. The effective dates say 11/2/2020 (yes 2020) and 1/1/2022 respectively. Guessing they are placeholders and the dates are random and wrong (imagine that...)
