Wow, just wow. I was looking at the Fiserv jobs on LinkedIn and cannot believe the number of jobs with few or no applicants via LinkedIn. This seems highly out of the ordinary to me. Can you imagine being in recruiting and knowing the truths as to why the apps are not coming in, but Frank's leadership team will not listen to the truth? With his micromanagement, RTO or GTFO, etc it is going to be tough job for them to get butts in the seats. I am sure there are people in HR that would like to tell him that to be competitive you need to support remote work. If you have to answer to clients, it is going to be a tough road for you for a long time because we are losing people faster than they are getting hired.

That may be part of it, the applicant tracking, but I have noticed other jobs that I am getting linkedin alerts on that have double digit appicants for jobs that were posted only hours ago.
LinkedIn only properly tracks if there is an EasyApply button which not all postings have. Market is slow for applicants at all companies and the amount applying is similar.
They don’t seem like real jobs to me
Wow, just took a look.. that's kind of embarassing
Not surprising, I know I look at Glassdoor as well as this board to learn about a company before I apply. I am sure the comments and activity on this board have turned people away.
