Our GM had a long converance call today ..I heard it had something to do with the leads going salary ..has anybody else heard anything about this

Tons of O.T. in our club. High volume club and everyone out on COVID leave O.T. has been rampant since the start of COVID.
I got over 16k in overtime this year because our gm wont hold anyone accountable no matter how little they so. She wants to keep our head count up. Unless its over what i make now with the overtime, i wont become salaried. Then i would be working even more hours because she really wouldn't care.
Been saying for 3 years with the leads getting big raises and managers slowly getting cut that leads will be salary without the title of manager so other companies won't hire them as managers with experience. Dirty pool.

Well not sure where ur store is but at our store I am lead and we are don't get overtime. If we do we have to cut it before week up
That's a great idea. Then they don't have to pay them overtime.
