I’m on a team that’s draining me and I’m starting to look for opportunities outside the bank. Any ideas good places to apply?

I have worked at other Fintech. Pay is not better, fintech is all the same. If you want to make more money, get into a different line of business.
Banking has historically been a low paying industry. Look into insurance, some of those companies take very good care of their people.
Making the decision to leave is a great way to start the new year! List your resume on Indeed and start looking.
Try looking on indeed. There’s a ton of financial openings on there all paying more than USB. Most are remote as well. Good luck in your search.
