Noone in my family is vax'd one person had covid - basically a cold.... none of us other 3 got even a sniffle.
My sisters family - my sister had covid.... her son and husband... nothing - she was the only one vax'd in her house.

However, from my understanding and experience if the asymptomatic person is vaccinated their transmissibility is less to community, especially if the community is vaccinated and boosted. Why 3 of us didn’t get it and the 1 that did was asymptomatic. I’m not sure what is so hard to understand. I think you’re just afraid of a little pr--k.

You sound like the ignorant one! A product of misinformation. The vaccine does not prevent you from getting the virus. It reduces the impact of the virus on your system and how you spread the virus!
Case 1: Greg who is vaccinated gets break through virus. Greg is either asymptomatic or has very mild symptoms. Greg’s spread of the virus is minimal or negated to those vaccinated.
Case 2: Hannah is unvaccinated gets virus. Hannah’s symptoms are more severe than Greg’s and likely may require a hospital visit. Hannah’s spread of the virus is great impact to those in her community as there is more virus in her system.
At this moment in time I know 3 people who refused to get vaccinated and are in the hospital. Meanwhile my son got the virus from a friend, he was vaccinated and completely asymptomatic. We only tested him because of his exposure so if he had it we could quarantine him from the public. You would have never known he had it otherwise. There are 3 of us in the house and we did not quarantine him from us and the rest of us never tested positive. 3 of us are fully vaccinated and boosted. Stark difference in community spread and severity of symptoms of those vaccinated and those not vaccinated.

At will employment - A private company can let go anyone for any reason if they aren't a protected class. The only exception would be if there's some union contract, or a personal contract with the employee. They could fire you for being a Mets fan if they wanted to.
No, it’s not going to be declares illegal by the Supreme Court. You are confusing OSHA with a private company. The government cannot make you take a vaccine. Neither can a private company, BUT… they can require it as condition of employment. Got that? And you don’t have to work at such a place.

The company that claims to do what is right demands that they force its employees to go against their principles and take multiple injections.
