So many managers have gotten their position due to the sheer amount of time that they’ve been with that bank. My manager has zero idea how to manage people, piles on useless work with zero direction, and couldn’t make a decision to save his life.
But armed with his useless spreadsheets, he loves to host useless meeting after useless meeting to feel important.

This is a great summary of the useless class of managers at USB. I particularly like the comment that there is a spreadsheet to solve every problem and the endless supply of useless meetings to enhance the manager's ego. These meetings are way better when employees are in the office. Just ask the useless class.
