Do you think Fiserv will pay out the severance that they offered if you stay and train the replacement? With everything that management is currently doing, I find it hard to believe that Fiserv will pay severance. Can't they just fire you by not approving your exemption? I heard they approved it for only 120 days. Should we trust Fiserv or find a new job? It is hard to stay.

They have and they will pay you severance if that is the option you have discussed and agreed upon with your manager. Put in writing the terms discussed and copy your HR rep. If you filed for a vax exemption and it has not yet been approved, call HR. Be proactive instead of waiting and wondering what will your fate will be.
I dont think you should trust. We were always told “if you are remote in Fiserv you dont need to worry and you will always be remote, and see where we are” . Even though it is a pretty good money and I need it a lot, I am not considering to stay.
Only if you jump through 100 ever-changing hoops first. Not worth it.
