Executives have had access to remote work since the 1990s.

Executives have worked remotely throughout the pandemic.

RTO isn’t a work/productivity issue; it’s a class/status issue. Executives are imposing it to show dominance, and middle-managers are clamoring for it because the few perks that come with being middle-management are derived from being present at the office.

Because our underpaid and arrogant CEO won't work until he is compensated similar to his peers, remember he claims to be underpaid and hence doing the sh---y job.

Because XOM is run by d-mb, egoistic, arrogant, and hopless mgmt., that includes id--ts like DW, TG, BK, DT, and the like. Oh and how can I forget famous but worthless managers like that clueless upstream female manager expat at BTC.
