Yes! Terrible "consultants" clueless about the business and thinking that everyone understand their hyper technical IT jargon. Right Hungarian friends?
ITRM as a whole can be outsourced or just taken away. Carve out Cyber into its own thing and keep that.
I think the real issue is they are backlogged by 4~ months and staff just can’t keep up. So that’ll ultimately impact quality.
