Has anyone received a date for Returning to the office

Hello.

Has anyone received a date or instructions about returning to the office as a follow up to the January 18th date mentioned in the holiday email?

Thank you for any responses.

This is the beginning to make it look like they are flexible. Eventually it will be all 5 days

my manager told me 3 days a week is all that is required . I am not sure if this is a manager-specific thing or just HR being inconsistent

I heard they are indeed rotating people back in starting the 18th.

Mind boggling, if true!

@2yic+1eIN30vU Please define "mandatory," is that the same as optional? Also this sounds made up.

Official communication coming tomorrow, we are ready to implement increased safety protocols and welcome everyone back to most offices on 1/18. The NY and CA offices are still being fitted with enhanced safety gear so they will be reopen soon. Attendance will be mandatory 5 days a week for all full time associates.

Communication is terrible…most information is by rumor

Internal Fiserv communication is so bad that a rumor site is more effective at communicating policy.

What happened to our freedom the freedom to make the choice about your body?

You still have that freedom. You just have no right to work for a company if it takes actions to protect the health of its employees, and you're not willing to comply with those actions.

Question why are you asking this on this site ? Reach out to your bosses unless your getting fired or laid off I don’t understand why your asking this question. Did you know FISERV just terminated all those employees that choose not to get vaccinated. What happened to our freedom the freedom to make the choice about your body. People are being terminated should be folks asking questions in time Frank will terminate more people he does not care about the employees only about himself

The X days per week will not be in the official email. It will be conveyed by your manager.

No email yet. Probably towards the end of next week. I would think they will postpone the decision again for two more week due to Omicron

Until they can stand by their word to test everyone at least once a week… I have no confidence in going back with the densely contagious mutant

Thanks for the responses.

Did anyone receive a date, such as, starting on January XX, you must sit in the office X days per week?

There is absolutely no way I would sit in an office right now.

People who live within driving distance to an office have been told they must return 3 days a week. I think this is subjective based upon the business unit and division, but COVID rages on and forcing people back to an office is totally id--tic. Frank should have simply said that his plans are to have everyone back in an office AFTER the flames of COVID have died down.

The man is totally incompetent and ethically questionable.
