What weird timing. I just checked and some of the newer open remote positions are starting to show pay range. The old ones don’t. Interesting that after the post about the violation and we start to see listings with comp. The comp is buried at the bottom, but it’s there. Remember this applies to roles labeled as Remote. April will include roles in NYC as well.
Folks, I would use those pay rates as guides for your own salary. If you have a similar or same role it will be great to see where you fall into the range. I know I will.
