Does anyone know if there will be an ICP bonus payout next month for 2021? Any percentage? I’ve heard they might give some really low BS percent like last year just to prevent some people from leaving. Last year was something around 10% of your ICP% , so if your ICP % is 5% then the bonus was 0.5% of your salary.

I ain't going nowhere yet. 10% this pay run and then sit at home watching "Houses Under The Hammer".

Can’t believe you think you’re worth a bonus, only the SLT can justify getting paid more than that already high salaries, not you lower down folk

Yes, the elf on the shelf, paco the bean counter and the minions they call the leadership team will definitely get a bonus. As far as the scrubs of the company....don't bet on it. lol
