Dear OP, what is your current position? When I left IBM, most of the CEs were already working on everything, including the 'dark account' Q-clearance guys. Top G-ns were leaving, too.
That means IBM either moved you there because they are planning to get rid off TSS (and you!), or you got move there because the previous team you were in is getting canned, but IBM feels they need to save you!
Let us know how it turns out.
TSS is a declining business unit (to say the least). Try to apply to other groups or leave altogether.
It's a bad omen if you don't know what your new "team" does. Have your CV up-to-date!
