With vaccinated people infecting, it is very unlikely that RTO is happening this quarter. Highly paid unskilled workforce is more inclined towards RTO.

Wells Fargo has delayed its return to the office yet again, this time indefinitely, the bank said Monday. “Given the changing external environment, we are delaying our return to office plans,” the bank said in a statement to the Observer. “We are continuing to closely monitor the environment with the health and well-being of our employees as our priority.”

Banks follow suit with each other. The unvaccinated similar to Citi, will be terminated. They will dangle the job carrot over our heads in exchange for vaccination. If they push everyone to get vaccinated then they can force RTO.

To those saying you need a negative test to return to the office, is that just for non-vaxed? I haven’t been told of this requirement yet

While I have seen posts on Facebook of ones “galavanting” I for one am not. I have managed to keep myself and my elderly uncles well for nearly two years. I take care of them daily but they don’t live with me. I am not using them for an excuse but I will say if I am forced in the office thereby increasing my risk of getting the virus and giving it to them how will I feel when they catch it from me and God forbid die from it.

Big banks are losing money daily. The WFH is a joke, because 50/50 are not actually working. The bank CEOs have likely already expressed the need to the White House on getting folks back in the office. Not to mention the security risk or insurmountable data breach/identity theft or cyber attacks from everyone’s personal data being in people’s homes. Everyone panics when they receive a RTO date, because they’re afraid to get the virus (so they say), but the same people are out galavanting to include “girls trips” strewn all over Facebook. Time to get back to normal. Suck it up buttercups you will be RTO in the near future. Banks turn the wheels on the economy bus and the wheels are out of air with everyone working/not working from home!

Mine was 01/12 but postponed. No specific date but through what I suppose is 01/19. I haven’t gotten an update yet on when I’m actually supposed to go back but I’m in California and it’s pretty bad out here.

Must have a negative test result to RTO? Yet no tests provided by the Bank? The lines to get tests are about 6 hours long ... when am I supposed to do this?? Waste of time - just let me stay home.

Nobody is going back to the office, ever.

My estimate: this virus will mutate so bad we'll never interact with humans again
