Expect next round of layoffs will be implementations from the “studies” either as head reductions with reorgs or transitioning roles to MSPs

Sad how the RE and NRE employees are treated. Supposed out-of-the-box opportunities will not position any of them to a better light, per se. It's all just lip service. Also, those supposed friends made along the way are sadly just coworkers, not friends.

You don’t need lay-off when you can give pi-s poor increments to make people leave. Then you can self award huge bonuses to congratulate yourself on a job well done.

We are ExxonMobil!!!

Why layoff? Make the place stink and people will leave at their own accord.

Would have preferred they did a layoff and gave everyone left a proper raise.
