Never. The company always moves people around. Many people hire in for expat experiences. BTC engineers will have opportunities to expat outside of India as well.

@1xzd+1eK6Jw4F, thanks Darren. Didn't you and your cronies said during layoff that we didn't have money? They where all of a sudden we got money from. Your abother lie got caught.

Why does it matter if expats are at the BTC? Many expats are from US, Canada, KL, UK and other areas and It helps create a blended culture that we press hard in locations like the US. We bring expats into the US, and other GBC/TC as well. And we also bring in many from GBCs and TCs like India to locations like (including the US) as well. Sounds like you’re jealous you haven’t been asked to expat, and you won’t with that mentality. Deuces

@olr+1eK6Jw4F, really? Then why don't you leave! You can't be held hostage cab you. You are a perfect example of leached, greedy, self promoting expats.

Whenever you will start standing up for yourselves, expose expats' of their worthlessness, and kick them out is when they will leave. These worthless expats are busy sending people 2022 CARE packs to gain votes. Sick!

Expats are there to try and make something that was badly designed in the first place work, and save the a*s of the managers who made the wrong decision to implement those GBCs.

Look around you. What do you see? You can see with your own eyes. It’s obvious.

Look at the other GBCs for an answer. They’ve been open over a decade and we still send expats. Not happening.

BTC workers should demand higher pay

I have seen expats that aren't worth a sh-t. Seema like most them got demobed over the past couple years. Being an expat myself I can say that it is not easy and is a pain in the a-s essentially being under the thumb of the company 24/7.

The expats are there to make sure you get in line and get to work!

You know the outsourcing is bad when even our layoffs page is being overtaken by them.

Expats in BTC are in the top 0.1%. They are like kings. I understand if a senior executive makes 20 times more than an front line engineer, but for a middle manager that kind of ratio is just obscene and wrong.

Leave? There are more coming in haha. While a small handful are actually helpful, most expats are useless and only at BTC to collect expat pay for as long as they can.

Expats are leeches. Their only role is to collect expat overpay, additional perks, and enjoy temporary subservience from poor quality BTC hires. Anyone with intelligence and knowledge will not work at BTC.
