Whose Ready For A New CEO

Count me in! I am ready for “5 buck Bill” to hit the unemployment line. He has ruined our once great company starting WAY back in 2016 as CEO. Correct if I am wrong but the stock price has historically gone down down down with him as a CEO. I am waiting….

Please continue to post the potty humor. It’s honestly what gets me through the days nowadays. I usually have a good laugh while sitting on the pot. Keep up the good work. Miss the days of the SWN team. We accomplished great things. The Fayetteville shale tattoo I got on my lower back always gives my husband and I special memories of how we met in the oilfield. Damn shame

Still employed here. What a drag. Read this site several times a day. Sometimes me and a GF will get a coffee and go to a sitting area and laugh at these posts.

With so many people posting to this board, I am curious how many are still employees at this company or how many are here for the laughs and toilet humor. I will go first. Laid off 2018 and this is my second post ever on this board. First was right after I was laid off. I like the humor so all of it plus there is a sprinkling of truth in about every post. I miss you guys. We made a wonderful team.

Attention all: As previously mentioned, the management is having a difficult time deciding whether to do layoffs or go with the furlough option and who those people should be. Many an hour has been sitting in the pot contemplating this important decision. Well, they may have found a solution. This will be a fun experience for all. Get ready for the 2022 SWN Dance Off! Those that win will not be laid off or furloughed and will win some SWN swag. After all we want to employ the best employees who can also dance! LFG!!

I’m about to share some insider information here. Please don’t share it outside this very informative forum. Mr Way was given a “special deal” when he was brought in to be CEO. He somehow negotiated a 15 year contract and therefore he has that much time to turn it around. Another way to look at it is that he is only one third of the way there. There’s still plenty of time, folks. Just be patient and trust the process!
